Sandy has been an dedicated member of the Kaia community for three and a half years and is very much at home at the Kaia studio. What she loves most about Kaia is that it takes the effort out of planning her exercise program; when she arrives at the Kaia gym to work out, the coaches have already designed the routine – unique every day, flexible in difficulty level, and always effective. Sandy attributes Kaia workouts to sustained energy levels, lasting all the day, and an overall sense of strength and wellbeing. Almost as important as fitness is Sandy’s golf game and the results from Kaia can be seen on the golf course - Sandy credits the core strength and balance achieved at Kaia with improving her swing and lowering her score. When asked what she would like others to know about Kaia, Sandy responded: “Kaia is like having your very own personal trainer, but with the added fun of other women in the class working towards a shared goal of feeling strong and fit.” We thank Sandy for her commitment, hard work and dedication.
